Welcome to Hobarts foremost Indian restaurant. The Saffron is located at the gateway to Hobart – in the historic and picturesque wharf area, across from the Grand Chancellor Hotel.

The Saffron is proud to be the platinum sponsor of the Summerleas Eagles cricket team, which is based at Lightwood Park Oval and competes in the HCCA league.
